Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of phantomgrid.tech and any services or packages purchased from PhantomGrid. A signed scope document or statement of work takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Scope and changes

Each engagement is defined in a written scope. Work outside that scope is treated as a change request, quoted separately and only carried out with your written approval.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Build projects are invoiced 40% on signing, 40% at design sign-off and 20% at launch unless otherwise agreed. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, approvals and access to systems. Delays in these may extend the agreed timeline.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables, source code and design files transfers to you. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock media remain subject to their own licences.

Warranty and liability

We correct defects in delivered work reported within the post-launch support window at no charge. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. We do not publish client names or work without permission.

Governing terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. Questions can be sent to contact@phantomgrid.tech.
